Anyone know how to get it working if it won’t power on? I’ve tried three different chargers that work with cellphone and ps4 controller so I know the issue isn’t the power sources itself, but none of them power the device on at all. Anyone know how else to get it working?*update 8/2022*Not long after posting my review the company reached out to me and offered me a replacement. Since was outside of six month warranty windows they gave me half off ordering another one, which I agreed to. So far we’ve been using it Monday thru Friday for kids alarm for school and so far it’s working like a champ! I’ve updated from two stars to four stars for the company customer service being quick to help after I reviewed and being kind. I’ll give it another few months and review again to see if this second one dies on us again.I bought this for myself because I’m hooked on adorable things! It’s a problem lol it looks just as pictured and the battery lasts for weeks, for me! The one issue I have is the instructions are a little confusing. I had trouble getting everything set but once done, it’s been great!Got this little dino for my office desk and it is so cute! Clock is easy to read and it's little eyes and cheeks light up, and the spine lights up and changes color. It was somewhat easy to set the time; I am stubborn and didn't read the instruction pages but figured it out through trial and error within 5 minutes. It was a little larger than I thought but honestly I just adore it.We bought this for our dinosaur bathroom and it is absolutely adorable.Overall I like this alarm clock. It has enough of the features I wanted. I like it enough that I bought another for a friend. Features I like are: 1. No cord. 2. display shuts off after 20 seconds. 3. a great, gentle night light. 4. choice of six alarm tunes and multiple volume levels including a very soft one, which is what I wanted. 5. You can have the alarm only go off on weekdays, so you don't have to be turning the alarm on and off a lot. 6. It is very cute. 7. The rubber feet prevent it from sliding around too much. Things that could be better: 1. some minor functions are not described in the instructions that came with the clock. 2. I cannot figure out any of the sleep training settings, but I didn't really want them anyway. 3. The clock doesn't indicate when it needs charging or is done charging, only that it is plugged in and charging. 4. the night light heats up the clock slightly making the temperature reading inaccurate. 5. the clock is noise sensitive, not tough sensitive, so any noise shows the display (which is OK) and activates the broadcast of the time (which gets annoying after a while). I stopped using the broadcast feature after a while. It would be better if it was touch sensitive, not noise sensitive. In the end, there are enough good features about this clock to make it worth having.I love this! Got it for my son's room so I would have a way to tell time late at night and I love how the dino tells time during the day and the night light is just bright enough. PerfectIt’s a cute and good alarm clock. You can set the alarm from your phone, it’s convenient and easy. But my son played with it all night with the buttons, we hope there is no buttons on clock, only app can control it.My 6 year old wanted her own alarm clock and this is perfect for her.
