The clock arrived in an oversized box with a printed label directed to someone else's name from the sender, and all kinds of other labels every where on the box. The packing was good, and clock box was intact. The clock itself was broken. The Hour-hand was moving and completely loose around it access. The clock's plastic cover had an ugly defect in the middle.VERY DISAPPOINTED. Contacted seller to return.
